The Rhythm

Aid In. Refuel.
Reset. Aid Out.

Every visit to Holy Aid Station moves through the same four steps. Simple on purpose. Grounded in the whole Trinity.

01

Aid In

Come As You Are

Different miles. Different stories. Different questions. You don’t have to pretend you have it figured out. The Father is already at work drawing people toward Him.

02

Refuel

Jesus Is The Source

Scripture. Worship. Prayer. Community. But none of those things are the source themselves. Jesus is. We come thirsty and receive the living water only He can give.

03

Reset

Truth + Grace

An aid station isn’t only where you take in calories. Sometimes something needs attention before you keep moving. The Holy Spirit convicts, teaches, comforts, heals, and transforms us from the inside out.

04

Aid Out

Empowered. Sent. Never Alone.

We don’t get patched up and sent back onto the course by ourselves. The Holy Spirit goes with us into our families, workplaces, churches, neighborhoods, and communities.

The Father calls.
The Son saves.
The Holy Spirit empowers.
We go.

“If anyone is thirsty, let them come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.” By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive.

John 7:37–39 NIV
Sent, Not Alone

You Don’t Go Back
Out Alone.

An aid station doesn’t exist just to get you through the door. It prepares you for what comes next. Jesus didn’t tell His followers to go change the world in their own strength. He promised them the Holy Spirit.

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses...”

Acts 1:8 NIV

We AID OUT empowered. Not alone.

The Rhythm in Action

What a H.A.S. Night
Actually Looks Like.

Holy Aid Station Night. Faith, Community, Conversation. This November. Invite a friend.

HAS Nights are where the rhythm lives. You walk in, get fueled, get prayed over, leave sent. That’s the whole shape of it.

  • 01
Aid In. Food. Coffee. Conversation. Come as you are.
  • 02
Refuel. Scripture. Worship. Prayer. Jesus at the center.
  • 03
Reset. Honest conversation. Prayer. Encouragement. Let the Holy Spirit work.
  • 04
Aid Out. Sent back into your family, workplace, church, and community, empowered by the Holy Spirit.

The goal isn’t to keep people at the station. The goal is to help them leave strengthened for the road ahead.
