The Aid In Crew · AIC
A Greater
Purpose.
Real people. Real service. A greater purpose. The Aid In Crew is Holy Aid Station’s people on the ground: showing up to serve well, building something that lasts, and pointing back to the source.
More than volunteers.
A crew.
Volunteer names a role. Crew names a family. We chose the harder word on purpose.
Volunteers show up when it’s convenient. A crew keeps showing up. Volunteers help with tasks. A crew shares the mission.
The Aid In Crew isn’t a workforce we recruit for events. It’s a community we build for the long haul. When you AID IN with the AIC, you’re not just adding your hands. You’re saying you believe in the mission enough to carry it with us.
“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.”
Ecclesiastes 4:9–10 NIVOne person can’t hold
the station. A crew can.
Anyone can throw an event. What we’re building takes a crew.
Presence
Faces That Stay
A crew keeps showing up. Faces get familiar. Trust grows over months, not minutes.
Ownership
Not Just Helping
A crew doesn’t just serve. They carry the mission home. The station becomes their thing, not just a thing they help at.
Multiplication
A Movement Spreads
A crew invites their people. That’s how a station becomes a movement.
People. Service.
Community. Jesus.
Four words on the back of the shirt. Four things we don’t compromise on.
People
Every person, every mile, every story worth showing up for. We start with the human in front of us.
Service
Real service. The kind that shows up on time, stays late, refills the water, and sweeps the floor.
Community
We build with each other before we build for others. A crew that loves each other serves better.
Jesus
The source. Everything else flows from Him. This is why we serve, not just how.
Show Up.
Serve Well.
The AIC shows up across all three expressions of Holy Aid Station.
At H.A.S. Nights
Host the Station
Welcome, food, coffee, prayer, cleanup. The stuff that turns a room into a station.
In the Community
Bring It to the Neighborhood
Outreach, service, showing up where the fuel gets spent. Loving neighbors in real ways.
At the Races
Meet Them on the Course
As H.A.S. grows, real aid stations at endurance events. Serving athletes with fuel, hydration, and encouragement.
Race Support
Calendar.
Here’s where the Aid In Crew is showing up through July 2027. If you’re ready to serve on course, this is the schedule.
Volunteer
With Us.
Sat Nov 14 to Sun Nov 15, 2026. Aid Station 5 at Gulfport Brewing. 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM overnight. Hydration, nutrition, support, and encouragement for the runners through the dark hours.
Character.
Not credentials.
You don’t need a title, a certification, or a testimony polished for stage. You need to be willing.
You AID IN
before you AID OUT.
Crew members aren’t people who have it all together. They’re people who’ve been fueled and now help fuel others. Come tired. Receive. Then serve.
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
1 Peter 4:10 NIVFueled to fuel.
